1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the brenzol.com website and the digital services provided by Brenzol S.A.S. (hereinafter 'Brenzol'), including registration processes, opportunity assessments and the execution of mutual loan agreements secured by real estate collateral.
2. Nature of the service
Brenzol operates as a technology platform that connects individual investors with special-purpose companies or trusts holding real estate projects. Transactions channelled through the platform do not constitute a public offering of negotiable securities under Law 26,831.
3. Registration and KYC
To access opportunities users must complete the Know-Your-Customer process, including identity verification, source of funds and screening against politically exposed persons lists. Brenzol reserves the right to reject registrations without stating cause.
4. Risk and absence of guarantee
Subscribing to projects entails economic, commercial, regulatory and market risks. Neither Brenzol nor its officers guarantee the payment of returns nor the full recovery of the committed capital. The user acknowledges and accepts the risks described in every investment memorandum.
5. Fees
Brenzol charges an origination fee on the committed capital and, when applicable, a success fee on the returns effectively distributed. Specific percentages are detailed in each published opportunity.
6. Intellectual property
All content published on brenzol.com, including texts, renders, graphics, trademarks and source code, is owned by Brenzol or its licensors. Reproduction in whole or in part without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Suspension and cancellation
Brenzol may suspend or terminate accounts upon indications of fraud, regulatory breach or violation of these terms. Records will be retained for the legal retention period.
8. Notices
Notices are delivered electronically to the email registered by the user. Both parties establish an electronic domicile for contracting purposes.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
